Our Method

This workshop is built on the Libertas ALIGN Model, a five-phase approach designed to help organizations navigate technological change with clarity, alignment, and strategic intent. Unlike traditional change management models that focus primarily on productivity or efficiency gains, the ALIGN model emphasizes intentional integration of technology in ways that support organizational values, mission, and long-term goals.
