Founded by Eric Newman, Libertas delivers professional development training and leadership coaching focused on the human capabilities organizations depend on but rarely teach directly:

Eric Newman helps people and organizations make clearer decisions, strengthen leadership capacity, and align action during uncertainty and pressure. His work draws on experience in professional development training, organizational change consulting, business coaching, and international teaching. He has led implementation-readiness efforts for system modernization projects across multiple U.S. states.

Across these experiences, a consistent pattern emerged: knowledge mattered, but performance depended on how well people managed themselves, regulated their responses, and aligned their actions with values and purpose.

Libertas was created to make these capabilities practical, teachable, and transferable.
