Eric Newman
Co-Founder & Lead Coach

Eric Newman helps professionals and organizations strengthen leadership, decision-making, and adaptability through practical workshops and coaching. His experience spans consulting, project leadership, change management, and enterprise training. During his career, he helped lead large-scale system modernization initiatives across multiple U.S. states, guiding teams through complex transitions, new technologies, and evolving ways of working.

Eric has also taught professionals and students in the United States, Brazil, and Thailand, broadening his understanding of how people learn, communicate, and grow. These experiences reinforced his belief that what sets individuals and teams apart is their ability to make intentional decisions, exercise sound judgment, and navigate change with confidence. This philosophy led him to co-found Libertas Coaching Group, where he is dedicated to helping leaders and teams develop these capabilities.

Htet Wint
Co-Founder

Htet Wint brings extensive experience in executive leadership, public administration, and workforce development. Throughout her career, she has overseen complex statewide operations involving hundreds of employees across dozens of offices. Her work has focused on strengthening organizational performance, improving operational effectiveness, and advancing strategic initiatives within the public sector.

Having led teams through organizational change and competing priorities, Htet understands that effective leadership extends beyond technical expertise. It requires a commitment to developing and empowering people at every level. This perspective, shaped by years of leadership experience, led her to co-found Libertas Coaching Group, where she focuses on helping teams develop the human-centered skills essential to effective leadership.
