His work draws on public-sector training consulting, change management, business coaching, international teaching, and team leadership. He has led implementation-readiness efforts for statewide government system modernization projects across multiple U.S. states.

Across these experiences, a consistent pattern emerged: knowledge mattered, but performance often depended on how well people managed themselves, stayed focused, and aligned their actions with organizational and individual values.
